On 3/11/18, I have a appointment at 11:00 am for oil change only, I arrived early at 10:48, and Nestor came up to me ask my information, and tell me my car should be ready in about one and half hour to two hours, I told him I will wait here. Two hours later I walk to Nestor ask if my car is ready, he told me he haven’t received any updates from the technician yet, and tell me to wait, thirty minutes later I walk to Nestor again and ask if my car is ready, he say still no update and he will go ask the technician, five minute later he tell me my car should ready in about 30 minutes, ask me if I still want to wait, I told him yes, and at the end of day, I spent total FOUR HOURS AND FORTY FIVE minutes just for the oil change at no cost, anyway thank you for the no charge on oil change. NOT satisfied, bad experienced.
