"Was I satisfied with the recent service"? A million times YES. Jonathan was amazingly helpful, generous, patient, and—most importantly—kind. I had come in for a part repair after a minor accident in which only I was involved (Thankfully, but it was still a bad start to my day). He was kind and understanding, not condescending or pretentious at all! He made sure that I fully understood everything—from signing off my service request to booking the better-than-Uber wonderful shuttle service. His level of professionalism is everything I would expect when I seek service.
Everyone at Longo today was exceptionally wonderful, including the shuttle service drivers (Christian and that one blonde female driver with the cool glasses—sorry, I forgot her name!) and service representatives at the cashier desk. Please, please, PLEASE keep it all up. My family has been pretty loyal Longo Toyota patrons over the past 25+ years. I want to always feel compelled to go to Longo, because I want to trust that you're there for me (like All State, but better)! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
