Joseph was of great service however, I was disappointed when I picked up my vehicle that it was not washed. I specifically asked Joseph if the car wash was working when I dropped off my car and he said it has just been repaired so it was working. The last time my car was serviced, it wasn’t washed either and all I received was a voucher. It may not seem like a big deal however, this is a service that I expect from your company. I specifically didn’t get my car washed because I was getting my car serviced and expected your company to wash it.
