The service I received yesterday was better than I expected. Mandy kept me updated on the repair as it progressed. Before work began Mandy explained cost, what would be done, and approximately how long it would take. She talked to the service department regarding what repairs were needed and came back with a repair quote I was very happy about. She also arrangedl for a shuttle to take me home to wait. A service I didn’t know was available. All. In all I am happy with the service, repair cost, and Mandy’s customer service representation.

I don't understand why i was given an appointment to take my car at 9:45am and yet my vehicle wasn't put on the rack for service till 2pm (the time you promised me me the car to be ready). What's the point of making an appointment??! I'm not expecting my car to be ready in less than an hr, yet I do expect expect my car to be worked on within 30mins of the appointment you set up for me. What happens between that time??? Does my car literally sit on your parking lot??? Whats the point of making an appointment if my vehicle was parked for 4 hours? What do your appointments mean? Are they just a numerical number for your service quota? We didn't even get an oil change, which makes this worse. Unfortunately we'll be looking elsewhere for service on our vehicle.
