Roy was very kind and patient while explaining everything to me. He kept me updated so I knew when to come back to pick up my car. My car was a hot mess and I’m blown away by how good the detailing went. I will definitely come back. I also enjoyed the rental service while my car was in Longo’s care. The best surprise today was that Longo found a cable cord that I thought I had lost years ago and placed it with all my stuff in the trunk. I’m very happy and told all my friends about my experience.

Best experience I've got from any Toyota dealership ever. My car was serviced and washed. Elizabeth was a great help in assisting me on my vehicle. I will look forward on getting my car serviced at Longo Toyota for now on.

I’m upset that I was told the tires needed to be addressed as well as the cabin filter. When I went to buy the car I was assured the tires were in great condition. I asked if they could be switched as they looked worn out and was reassured they were in good condition. Not even 5 months of having the car apparently my tires and filter have been worn out. This is ridiculous. My service person Andrew was Helpful.

Biagio is great! Unfortunately my annoying problem of wind noise remains unresolved; but he did his best at trying to solve it. Not sure how I can do much more since I provided s video where you could hear the problem.

The service rep was great. It was the rep at the concierge desk that wasn't. He refused to check if my address was within the drop off zone for the shuttle. Then he made me wait an hour before grabbing a driver from another dept. He made me miss 2 hours of work because he didn't want to drop off 1 person in Pasadena.

On May 6 Sunday I brought in my 2016 Yaris to have oil change and brakes serviced and splash guard underneath had come loose and needed to be repaired. Later it was brought to my attention by your assistant service manager Vinc ent that on the passenger side the inner fender liner was missing and fallen off . I then stated to Vinc my car is still under warranty Toyota should be able to replace it at no cost. Vincent then stated to me I would have to argue that point with his boss the service manager

About the battery condition which seems like the water came out, but the inspector said nothing wrong about it. This battery was replaced at December 22, ‘17.
