The auto detail done on my car was so poor I received a full refund. The person that authorize the refund was not apologetic in anyway and had no remorse for the poor service that I received. I wasted an entire day getting my car serviced only to go home with a half completed job. Albert Lopez was nice he was not there when I receive the car. I had to demand to see supervisors in order to rectify the situation. No one took responsibility for the errors and no one apologized for my entire day being wasted. Five - seven hours I will never be able to reclaim
