Ryan is an excellent service advisor. He is very friendly. He went above and beyond to make my service experience at Longo really exceptional after my first service visit had an issue. He called me up and explained what had happened and offered me discounts to make it up. I was truly and pleasantly surprised by this gesture. As much as the Lingo techs tried, they could not find the problem that caused our RAV4 to be towed in. I will say that everyone was nice and the service manager even waived the $130. Diagnostic fee I was unaware that our extended warranty did not cover this charge. So I say thank you Lingo. We will continue to be loyal customers.
