As much as the Lingo techs tried, they could not find the problem that caused our RAV4 to be towed in. I will say that everyone was nice and the service manager even waived the $130. Diagnostic fee I was unaware that our extended warranty did not cover this charge. So I say thank you Lingo. We will continue to be loyal customers.
