I brought in our Toyota Camry for service, and my husband later questioned every decision. And I was frustrated because the sticker on the windshield from my last service said it was time for an oil change. Apparently that is a misleading maintenance sticker. All of this is to explain what a pain in the neck couple we were for Bishop Galioto. Bishop was very patient with us both, even when I passed the phone to my husband with little or no warning. Biagio answered all of our questions, promptly returned our calls (if they were unanswered) and made sure we got the services we asked for. He gave us perfect timing and communicated if things changed. He was absolutely professional at every turn.
