I hate going to the dealer, just knowing your going to pay a premium for a service that most local shops can do at a discounted rate is nerve racking to me. My service rep today (Alex) was very easy going and made me feel comfortable. I was literally the first guest of the day and he knew I was in a rush to get it and out so Alex had great communication on letting me know when my car was completed.
