The best part about coming to Longo is being able to count upon Martin Torres to help me out when I need something, either big or small and to get me in and out in a reasonable time. Besides providing excellent service, Martin is an excellent representative of Longo and makes me feel quite welcome with a friendly familiar face in an otherwise formidable environment.

No not really. My appt was at 11am to get oil change, fluids checked also brakes and carwash. I was helped fairly quickly which is great but I was clled st 11:33am to pick up car now how was all that needed to be done completed in that amount of time? I'm doubting the quality of service which is upsetting because I bought the extended service warranty. Also when I went to pick up my car I had to wait half hour longer because they couldn't locate it.

Everything was fine perfect, I have no complaints, the only thing I didn’t see is that they don’t have service to take you to the house for while they check the vehicle, because the waiting time is sometimes more than 2 hours. Because the one in Mission Hills they offer that service, but it's just an observation, nothing else..

I was unsatisfied by the way Jonathan from service treated me when I first arrived. When arrived I explained to him that I was having battery issues with my Sienna. I explained to him I felt it was too soon for me to have this type of issue. I purchased my vehicle in November of last year and it only has 13,000 miles. Jonathan reassured me not to worry that the battery was covered by the warranty. Upon taking my information Jonathan later told me that the warranty would not cover the battery. I asked why if he had already reassured me that it did. I told him to see what he can do for me. His demeanor changed and I felt he was talking down to me. I ended up talking to the sales manager & he agreed Toyota would cover 50% of the battery. I'm still unhappy by that since 6 months is a short time for the duration of a battery.
