Did not receive a call from the representative. Brought my vehicle for service at 7:30 am and did not get a call, text or email that my car was ready . I ended up calling 4:00 hours later to check on the status of it and they told me it’s been ready since around 9:00am..I usually give Toyota good reviews but this time service ****.
