I felt like the communication provided has started to lack. I have gone to longo for over 12 yrs and got my 1st car there but it seems like the last 2 yrs the communication and waits even with appointments has went down hill. I brought my car and got a call advising I needed additional work I accepted the work and was told It would be done at 1230 and I never got a call. I eventually called at 1 and was just told a rep would reach out. I did eventually get a call and told it was done but I feel like the last few times I had to reach out and see what a going on. I know longo appreciates feed back and I hope this helps.
