Alexis performed his duties perfectly. When I brought my car in recently, I had asked either Alexis or another Service Advisor to correct an excessive oil level condition, while in for normal scheduled maintenance. An 8.5 x 11 sheet with a note to correct the problem was generated and left in the car. By chance, the day after I picked up the car for service, I checked the oil level. It was STILL 16mm above the full line. I contacted the Service Dept. who politely scheduled an appt. to fix the problem. I was treated professionaly, although......there goes ANOTHER 3 hrs. + of my time.

When I I took my Scion xB for service the last time the gentleman that helps us was not very friendly and help full he wanted to charge all this things that the car didn’t need when we ask why he didn’t know what to response me and my wife where not that exited about the service we got took the car home after the oil change weeks later we noticed a puddle of oil on the driveway of the house when we took car back to you delirship and they said that you’re technician “forgot to screw in the screw that goes back on the oil pan right” I I just don’t understand how can he forgotten to put the screw back in its place right ? Maybe that technician should go back and recheck all previous work that he has done who knows how many other cars he “forgot “ to put the screw the right way ???? Maybe we should off forgotten to pay to I know you guys wouldn’t had like that ??? Afrter I drove my car for all most two weeks leaking oil thanks allot Longo you sure know how to treat you’re customer right ????????

The service was very pricey but they were able to complete it in a timely manner. It was irritating that all my radio presets were all cancelled when I got my car back - I wasn't aware that they had to disconnect my battery or anything to replace my air injection pump. Monte & Daniel were very courteous, friendly, and accomodating.
