When I scheduled the appointment over the phone I was told that the car would be ready the same day but you had to keep it overnight. This was a big inconvenience to us since we live about 50 miles away. Bruce compensated us by filling the gas tank which was nice. Elizabeth was great and I understand that this was out of her control.

Take to longtime for service 5 hour for wheels limited. I lost 5 hour work. That is not good for the customer. Longo is number#1 dealer but you need to changes. It shouldn't take 5 hour for limited.
