Bill was incorrect, was charged for full service when it was a warrantied checkup. Never got a revised bill, gave me the same one and just wrote “no charge”
Parts dept ordered wrong part and the only reason I came to Longo was to get the part. Sending it to me, shipping waived. I will install myself or crystal offered to have it shipped no charge.
