AGAIN..... the Service Advisor treated me perfectly well.
I've worked on cars, motorcycles and huge machinery for 50 years.
I've checked gasoline engine oil levels AT LEAST 2,000 times.
Since the day I bought this current Rav 4, AND, 2 SCHEDULED oil changes at Longo Service, the oil level was EXCESSIVELLY HIGH - 16 millimeters ABOVE the full mark. I JUST brought the car in to drain the excess oil. Took a full 3 hrs. of my TOTAL time.
I got home........checked the oil level...it's STILLLLLL too high. The oil level is now 10 millimeters ABOVE the full mark.
I'M EXTREMELY......EXTREMELY disappointed.
