In the past, I would get a complete feedback about my car. Today, I felt like my experience with Toyota was horrible. Johan, just text me with vague details about my car services. After reviewing inspection paperwork, I had to go back and asked question about my tires since my front right mark red without comments and work done never mentioned whichever tire was worked. I would give today’s experience 2 out of 10.
