If I could rate Bruce 20 out of 10, I would. He has always gone above and beyond what one would expect in the way of service. He is what keeps me returning to Longo even though I live in Altadena. He treats me as though I were a Lexus customer instead of a Camry owner. I trust him 100%. I know that if he says I need something done to my car, it is absolutely necessary. The service people I dealt with at Pasadena Toyota would consistently recommend unnecessary service to make more money. I am more than satisfied with Longo Toyota.
