Longo Toyota Auto Repair Service

The gentleman helping us was very nice and helpful. I arrived at 8:30am for my service appointment and was told that the wait time was around 2 hours. I received a text at 10:23am that the car was inspected and that they were going to work on the car since all parts were in stock. At 11:50 am I received a text that the car was done and that paper work was going to be sent to service department. At 12:12 I got a text that my Toyota was ready to come home. I waited for another 30 mins if not more and it turns out that the people at Longo could not find were my car was in their lot!!! Finally it was located and was told that there was a screw in one of the tires. So the car was taken in again at 1:53pm and got a text telling me then that they were not able to put the weather strip on the bottom of my window because you guys did not have the part! So we were at Longo Toyota for a total of 6 hours!!! That is a ridiculous long time to be waiting around. If I would have known that that’s how long it was going to take I would have opted for coming home and picking up the car 6 hours later. I suffer from bad knees and was having lower back issues having to sit around all those hours was just too long. Hopefully you can do something better about letting your clients know how long a service takes with you. As for future services I am considering taking my car to be serviced at another Toyota dealer.

The only thing that I wasn’t satisfied with is that my stereo issue wasn’t fixed. I hope that the problem can be fixed soon. Thank you!

Honestly I wasnt completely satisfied. I came in for a recall on my 2017 Toyota corolla IM and 25k maintenance at 7am. I waited til around 930am and was told I needed an alignment. I said to go ahead and do it and was later contacted informing me that they were working on an entirely different car the entire time. I ended up staying at Longo for more than 5 hours
