Joseph was great. He is a nice person. This survey is about the service I received When I pick up my car. I almost didn’t get my car back after it was washed at Longo Toyota. Here is what happen. There was a couple who also drive a gray Rav 4 (with the same color as my car)almost drove my car away if I didn’t stop the attendant. There should be a better system for Toyota customers getting their cars back after being washed (especially when their cars are same model and color as other Toyota customers). My suggestion to attendant is, “please make sure Toyota customers are hetting their cars after being washed”. I hope this doesn’t happens again. Or else I might have to choose a less popular color.
