Service provider was very courteous and professional. Provided me with timely updates regarding my vehicle as well as recommendations should I decide to have them completed alongside current service or at a future time. Excellent customer service I have come to expect from Longo Toyota.

I took my car in for a 90,000 mile service. I expected to leave it overnight because I didn’t take it until 4:30 pm. When I arrived I was told there was a possibility I might be able to wait for it. Then I was told no which I was ok with. I left & returned home. One hour after I left my service tech texted me to say that I had major work to be done. $4500+ to replace shocks. I was stunned. I declined the recommendation & plan to take it for a second opinion. I was not expecting such a huge cost for maintenance of my vehicle which has never been serviced at any other location. I have always gone to longo but I think I need to go elsewhere now.
