As usual, Andrew was so helpful as he surprised me of a complete detailing of my Prius. The best part was I did not pay anything for the detailing. It was indeed the best timing as a child vomited in my Prius the previous day I brought in my Prius & the detailing removed the bad smell of the child vomit. Thanks again Andrew! You’re the best. I’m satisfied with the detailing ????????

My rep was fine but I shouldn't have been there at all. I was there for a recall on my Mirai which was announced last January. I had the car in for routine service only 2 weeks ago and no one mentioned the recall. That is an oversight that should have garnered at least an apology as it cost me 5 hours out of a busy time and makes me think that you are no where as good as you think you are.

Ruby was amazing! I inquired about purchasing some Locking wheel nuts and wheel lock for the spare tire of the vehicle, and she told me that she could handle that. She then reached out to the service department and made it happen. She then billed my credit card, after getting my permission, and then sent me a copy of the invoice. She’s an awesome employee.
