Was told it would take between 1hr to 1&1/2hrs to run diagnostics and would be contacted before service was completed. I could not find Mr. Lopez so I had to ask a different service manager 2 &1/2 hrs later to find out the status. He was more helpful.

I so enjoyed talking with Brook regarding Toyota’s history & viewing your wall of history.
It’s a pleasure to bring my RAV4 in for service.
The new outside Customer Service area was a little puzzling to me. I heard my name called, but was used to going inside. Then was directed to the lovely outside one. I stood inside in the mat and young lady asked if I was here for non-charge. Didn’t understand, but answere, no mine is for charges. She then told me to check with the man outside. He directed me back inside. Finally another lady took me & I was able to pay my bill.
You have trained your employees well. She asked, how was my day going? I said great. Then she offered me some water, but I already had some. I told her, I don’t know your process.
So, just wanted to share this. I still love Longo & will continue to be a customer!
