Out of all the times I have gotten my car serviced at Longi, this has been by far the worst customer service I have encountered. I had scheduled an appointment for a basic oil change, and it nearly took 3 1/2 hours for the service. I had asked an approximation of time and was given a time frame of about 2 hours so I stayed behind at the dealership but it took more than that and I never received a call stating it would be longer than anticipated. In the past I have experienced premium service when getting my car service, however this time I didn’t. It didn’t seem that customer service was a priority!

Monte has the qualities of being professional and yet friendly. He also gives his full attention ...when speaking to the customer. Next time I get my car serviced I'll definitely ask for him.

I was left in limbo for 3 hours. I was quoted at 8:26am that my car would be ready in an hour to an hour and a half. You don't quote someone unless you're sure about the time your quoting. I know that things can change at a dealership. Especially a busy dealership like Longo. I didn't hear back from my service assistant manager until I approached a different service assistant manager 3 hours later!!!! I called my service assistant manager over and over and got his voicemail. I work in customer service. As a manager if I'm not going to be available for a client I will let me staff know how to appropriately handle the guest that I have spoken to. I'm not expecting quick service. I set aside ample time for my visit at Longo. However, being left out in the dark for 3 hours is unacceptable. He told me he was in a meeting. Do I believe him? I do. Could he have delegated his customers to another service assistant manager? Most definitely! I have a question. Is it a given that all dealerships top off all fluids on a car that's being serviced? I believe it is. I know that they checked some stuff on my car as I noticed that my tire pressure was up. I also noticed that my windshield wiper fluid was not topped off. It was low and I was going to purchase some but then remembered that I would be at Longo and that they would take care of that. Unfortunately that didn't happen. I like Longo. I've purchased 2 certified used cars. Mario Tovar is an amazing person. Both my purchases witj Mario have been a great experience. Im a big advocate to anyone who listens to me about Longo. Unfortunately today was a very bad experience. A simple phone call would've made this a better experience. Keeping me in the loop. That's it. That simple.
