No need to call. I scheduled an oil change and the gentleman told me that he would jot down my miles because I was over the 25,000 miles but I had made the appt and my service would still be complintary. I told him I do have to go to work and everyday errands and he said no problem. Not once did he say if u reach 26,000 miles u will no longer be valid. I wouldn't have used the car if I knew I was going to have to pay .
