Jeffrey described every step of troubleshooting the left turn signal issue. Unfortunately, the test in wiring and bulbs were good. The problem is the afternoon and he suggested to bring it in and Toyota will provide a rental. I was satisfied with solution and there was no charge.

Noli provided me with exemplary service. I contacted him via phone. He helped me make an appointment in a fast, courteous manner. He explained the services well and made sure I understood. He kept me informed throughout the process and even offered complimentary Starbucks coffee as I waited, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Noli to any customer.

For many years that I've had my car serviced at Longo, I've had to double check to ensure that the tire pressure valve stem caps are on securely. This originated after one instance where it wasn't and it led to low tire pressure a few days after having my car serviced. This time around, when I checked the tire pressure valve stem caps, not only were 2 loosely put back on, but one was not put back at all. This led to a delay in leaving because my service rep Albert was occupied and none of his partners were available. Another lady almost yelled at me because she was in between my car behind her and the car in front her wasn't leaving and I didn't want to leave until I had my replacement cap installed. I understand that the crew is busy, but this has gone on for years. I hope it has only happened to me and no one else. I also feel bad because Albert had to apologize for something that wasn't his fault; if the crew only took the time to ensure every thing was in place, comments like this wouldn't have to be made.

Ethan's service was excellent. I arrived late due to tow truck took over 2 hours to come and tow my car in to Longo. Ethan was very patient to greet me even I arrived later than appointment scheduled. Thanks so much Ethan. The Toyotacare plus's roadside assistance really needs to improve.AAA will not take this long
