Very , very disappointed with the Toyota representative Alex Leyva. We are your loyal customer and take our cars to you for service all the time and we’re okay with all who already have help us . This time we regret going to this service representative. I would like to talk to the person in charge of this service rep. to please call me so I can tell you all the details. The person who gave me my car back, just parked the car and left without mentioning the percentage of the tires that has been used or at list going on the list that they have handy. I had to asked him if I could take the car, and if Longo Toyota wasn't washing the cars anymore since the dealership always do, and this time they didn't do it.
