Alec Labrada basically said I should go somewhere else for my car service.
I asked for a supervisor, never came
So I will be looking for somewhere else to take my car. He treated me like I was bothering him and he was doing me a favor.
I paid for extra coverage on my tires. He is not doing me any favors. He never called me he had someone else call. He told me it would be 2 hours it was 3 1/2. He just seemed like he was a very angry and did not like his job.
He did not even wash my car. I would like to also know way I never was able to talk to a supervisor. Alec made me stand there for over 10 minutes like I was in time out and no one ever came to talk to me. Very sad seems like no one cares. Maybe you don't, maybe your to busy to care, to big to care.
It was the worst customer service experience i have ever had there and Alec said maybe I need to go somewhere else. Sorry you feel that way. My last experience was top notch
But this time may be my last. Yes that bad this time. I am still upset with Alec Labrada

I went to get my wife’s Prius serviced and had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. My Mitsubishi dealerships have all been underwhelming to say the least, but Longo (in part due to great customer service from Andrew) really shined today. So glad I did the favor for my wife. And the donut and coffee were just icing on the cake.
