I don’t think a 1 question survey is fair, Danny was perfect and honestly I would hire him to work for me, he was very professional and served my needs better than any other auto service rep I have had. What I was not satisfied with was the payment and pay work timing, my car was done for 45 minutes before the the paperwork could be found and I could pay. Literally the car sat in front of the payment office while I stood there. I’m sorry Danny is this hurts your score or anything, I didn’t know it would be a one question survey and would have said yes and commented if I knew.

Only change oil take 3:30 minutes to get the service done every time take u over 4 hours do u want to stay or go home, even though Longo have shuttle service, does concern about the time , Saturday more cloud, even though they call u your car is done , from the house to Longo 30 minutes & have to wait 15 minutes at Longo to get your car, terrible wouldn’t care about customer
