The service was good and so was the accommodations Juan provided. However the complimentary car wash was not good.

Johan did a great job servicing our vehicle but there was a mixup on the dropoff and pickup notices that I received through my text! I dropped off my vehicle at 9 am and was told that it would be ready by 12 for a tire sensor!
I was informed that my vehicle was ready for pickup at 1!
I don't think that a tire check should have taken 4 hrs! I was disappointed but understand that it can get busy! I was stuck at home for those 4 hrs! Longos swevice is usually on point. Thanx
