The problem we got was completely fixed, thank you for that. But the process was not well taken cared by Eric. The forat time we met him, we explained to him the problem of the car. On that first day, we’ve waited from 10am to 5pm just to know that there was no parts. So he needs tonorder it for us and come back when it arrives. The 2nd time we came back because the part is already available, i dropped the car on a weekeday at longo at 9am and use my points so i cam get a loaner so i can go to work. Eric called me at 3pm that part has to be painted white because the one that was ordered was silver. It has to be painted and stay overnight to dry it. And the car will not be ready until 3pm the next day. What’s up with that, in the firstplace, he already knew our car is white. We already waited a long time. And why he just knew at 3pm that the hinge had to be painted. My complain was for Eric, he has no customer service, no ability to follow up with customer. No sense of awareness. Good thing the manager MrMatt, was so kind enough to satisfy our concern. Mr Mat, knows our story if you want details. Thank you
