Kayla was very welcoming. There was a substantial wait (over 10 min) before the gentlemen at the service entrance actually waived for me to even pull my car in to wait for service. It was a little frustrating. Kayla, was great, she got the process moving, double checked to make sure everything was as it should be, and even called just to make sure the finished job was perfect. I would absolutely call her again if I need help.
