This is the 2nd Toyota vehicle that I brought in for an oil change this week. Twice I was denied a car wash. I did not notice any damage to my 4runner this morning before I had dropped it off for the oil change. The service guy was helpful in trying to get the issue resolved. He had security come over and take pictures of the alleged damages. Kudos to him. On the other hand being mt second experience this week with services I have been highly disappointed in the legendary Longo experience that I've known pretty much my whole life. Might have to take my business elsewhere if this continues.

Today, as always I had a great experience at Longo Toyota. My service advisor, Bruce Herrera as always provided me with a very excellent service experience. Bruce kept me informed thru my service appointment and contacted me when my car was ready to be picked up. Bruce explained everything that was repaired and advices me of the total cost.
