I was waiting for my car when Kayla called she was very nice and asked if my car was washed. I could not answer her before I picking up my car. My car was not washed after I picked up my car. Last complimentary service my car was not washed either. I assumed Longo Toyota doesn’t wash customers car after service any more. Not a big deal.

I need to clarify Juan Santa Cruz was awesome. He was very professional and listened to our concerns. However, we had the worst experience with a technition on Oct 22. My husband and I took our car in because there were a couple of concerns we had. We went on a drive with the technition who didn't introduce himself, to help him pin-point our concerns. As soon as he started driving our car he was rude, brushing off what we were telling him. He made nothing but negative remarks on our car. He was very vocal and opinionated on how he would never buy a toyota Camry and how the transmission ****. Once we got back to Longo my husband was so distraught. We informed Juan what had just happened, he apologized and was in shock of the experience we had with the technition. I'm to the point were I don't feel comfortable returning back to Longo for the service of our cars. We left the dealership questioning our purchase due to all the bad mouthing the technition expressed.
