I tell him the problem, turn on the fan but A/C automatic turn on.This is second time coming Alex tell me no problem your car is new that is normal. Machines check time is OK. I tell him open hook touch a/c hold is cold. Alex were double check and this time we’re charge 65 dollars for double check. I have appointment service but Alex no appointment walk-in service wait for 3 hours. For service is very bad

Eric's service is very good! I am very satisfied! But the longo Toyota Company's charging policy is unreasonable! Repairing the same item will cost nearly half the cost of the longo Toyota So there are a lot of people around me who are not willing to go to the longo Toyota to repair the car! It is OK to do maintenance!
