Your text system was behind your process. I was driving out of the property before the message that my service was finished arrived.

The service advisor Sinh was very friendly and seemed to of help me the best he could but I believe he might have been still a bit new. Something that should have only taken two hours max ended up costing me a day and a half and $80 In uber rides. I was told that my truck would be ready by 6pm, 7pm latest and I brought in my truck at 11:30 am so I asked Sinh if longo gives complimentary car rentals and he said that his supervisor said no, which I found weird because the last service I got with longo I was given a complimentary rental since the truck was going to be at the shop for a few hours for the 10k service and a detail job. So I ended up taking an Uber to Glendale where I waited until about 6pm to call and see if my truck was ready. Sinh was gone by then but another gentleman ended up telling me my truck wouldn’t be ready until the next day which upset me because I needed to run a lot of errands given that thanksgiving was coming up. He proceeded to apologize for the inconvenience and said if I can make it by 7pm that they would be able to provide me with a complimentary rental... from Glendale to El Monte at that time was going to take me about an hour so there was no way I would make it in time and the fact that I was told earlier that longo doesn’t do such thing as complimentary car rentals made me extremely frustrated. I had no choice but to take and Uber from west Los Angeles (where I live) back to longo the next day... and to top everything off my truck wasn’t even given a wash like it usually has been given in the past. The excuse was that my tires were too big, which just sounds ridiculous because they’re barely bigger than the stock tires ( 285 compared to 265) and I’ve seen other trucks with the same size or bigger tires get a wash at longo before. Honestly the wash isn’t even that big of a deal but In addition to everything else it made my entire experience at longo very bad. To the point where I’m no longer going to go there or even suggest to my friends to go to there as I did before.
