Scheduled warranty work and 15k maintenance. 15k not performed. Lots of trouble initially with scheduling warranty. Not any one thing was egregious, but all the small things added up so im over it now.
Mechanical workmanship seems good. Satisfied there.

I informed Alec to check the brakes since I have been feeling a little air gap in the brakes as I push them and car takes some extra time to fully stop as it should be stopped right away as soon as hitting the brake. He said he couldn't get my vehicle check for that I would have to come back for this issue to be fixed and I even told him that I came from 30 miles away as I live in Hawthorne CA , he still said I would have to make another appointment for this brakes issue to be fixed. I was very dissatisfied with the service and Alec's answer.
