Bruce is always wonderful. His associate, Danny Guerro helped me also and was very attentive and helpful. I recently went with my friend to have her BMW serviced at New Century BMW in Alhambra. I couldn’t help notice how lacking in amenities they were compared to Longo. The customer had to make an appointment a week in advance to have a loaner car. There were no doughnuts, no Starbucks coffee, and no car wash. They promised the oil change would be done in an hour. It took two hours. Bruce is always accurate in his estimate.

Ryan was great! He communicated with and gave me updates when I waited 8 hours for my truck . I had to get a rental car that night because it still wasn’t finished. My complaint is that after Ryan was off for the evening no one followed up with me and I had to look for someone and call myself the next day to get any updates. It was very frustrating waiting that long. All I ask as a customer is to be informed on the progress of my vehicle.

It started out horribly. I had been there for 2 and a half hours and my car hadn’t been started. The manager Rob gave me a free rental car so I could get back to deal with a work deadline I had. They then delivered my car to me. I could go to Toryta Pasadena which is only a couple of miles from my house, but I’ve always liked you guys until this last time. Rob fixed the bad situation and saved a loyal customer.
