There was no enough people to attended the costumer in the line, I spent about 10 minutes in the line without a greeting asking if I needed help. Until I asked for help. I was with my two kids the fisrt one 7 yrs old and the second one 1yr.

I appreciate the service I received from Ethan. After going in for maintenance, I accepted the service for my headlight to be cleaned. That evening I saw that it had not been done as my headlights looked fogged and it appeared that a milky substance had been added but not removed. I returned to Ethan and he helped make sure that my headlights were properly attended. I appreciate Longo for this correction. I have experienced unfriendly service at other places when mistakes were done by the service provider but Longo has always been exceptional even when mistakes are made. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Longo Toyota.
