I tried West Covina Toyota and loose oil pan screw. Very bad advice took my wife for new brakes and everytime was air filter and cabin filter. I have always brought my vehicles here out of convince I used to go there. Never again.Thanks for the great service.The entire team deserves this thanks.

I requested a vehicle wash after service and we told no problem, that's part of service. When I received my car back I did not get one. When I asked what happened/why didn't I... I was told I couldn't get one because my car has roof rails???
