Johan was great. Your service techs were slow. Don't penalize the SA because the technicians were having conversations and working slowly. However, the fact remains that delivery was 40 minutes later than promised.

The diagnostic on Saturday failed. Thankfully enough I was not charged for this set of circum,stances. I am back again, today, Monday, after an exhausting day of work to attempt another diagnostic with Monte. God willing, this time the source of the leak will be determined and we can move forward with required maintenance. Therefore, I was not a happy camper last time I was here @ Longo.
