I first interacted with Edward Duran, Mandi’s partner. When Edward greeted me, I let him know that I had made an appointment with the BDC department with Mandi. Edward let me know that he is Mandi’s partner and will assist with my vehicle check-in and to let Mandi know that I’m here and expecting her. Mandi was assisting another guest at the time so I waited patiently. When Mandi was finished assisting that guest, Mandi apologized for the long wait and gave me a small discount on my extended Toyota Care Plan for the minor inconvenience. This was unexpected and left me smiling behind my mask, and one of many reasons why I choose to work with Mandi specifically for my vehicle service maintenance. In addition, Mandi took the time to explain what is included in each service interval and how long this plan will last without attitude. Normally my vehicle is finished within the quoted time. However, this wasn’t the case. My vehicle was finished 1.5 hours later than the quoted time of 12 noon. I understand that the pandemic and labor shortage that is affecting multiple industries negatively to not leave a sour taste in my mouth because right when Mandi came back from her lunch break and saw me heading towards her desk, she was again apologetic and let me know that my vehicle was ready and will go ahead and close the RO so I could see the vehicle cashier for payment.

Albert Lopez did an excellent job to make sure everything was good and complete on the service. He followed thru and the work was completed on time. I give Albert an A plus plus! Thanks

Ethan was awesome. He put up with my nagging because I Had a 10:15 appointment. I was there at 10:15 they didn’t start working on my car until after 12 noon. They kept pushing the finish time by hours. That’s not satisfactory period
