Not happy with the last two service,the first time not only waited more than 5 hours for the car and the service was incomplete the maintenance message was not reset,the second time we specifically mentioned that one of the headlights was out that it needed to be replaced ,they didn’t bother to check the headlight it was not replaced, and after I spoke with the manager the headlight was taken care ,45 minutes later ,half of day wasted for a simple oil change ,no good. !!

when I came to check in to repair my car,the guy check in at number 1 have estimates me about 11am to finish but about 9 am something I saw my car finished and machinist have move my car in the back of the parking lot ,I was waiting for 15 minutes and then went to cashier to ask them.they toll me my car not yet to finish.I must to wait until over 11AM ,they didn't call me,I went to cashier at them one more time.they toll me they didn't know information about my car and toll me come to the guy help me check In at number one but the guy went somewhere I went to the guy at number two and he had help me go to inside check my car,the guy toll me my car sent to body shop to repair and toll me rent a car,after I rented a car.ihave ask for them took me to my car to get baby seat ,my car still was parking lot in the back ,when I drove a rent car out of the Longgo to the PECK ROAD,the guy check in at number one called me tell me my car finished and toll me come back to pick up my car.They took me a lot of time,they made me go to work late ,they have charge me $16.99 enterprise rent a car.im not pleasure with this service

I went in for a “Super Exterior Detail”, there was nothing “super” about it. Water was dripping from different areas of the car, there was water spots, and I feel like they didn’t even wax the entire car. It was a half-**** job. When you go for a detail and wax you don’t expect to pick up your car and it be dripping water and parts of your not even giving off any extra shine.
