Everything was great! Ben was awesome. I only have one complaint. When they called me to pick up my car I was waiting a long time and realized it was parked off to the side of the building. I had to go find someone and ask about my car. Usually it is driven up to the waiting area and keys are handed off. But my keys were inside and car was just left parked while I waited in the heat.

Was told my battery needed to get replaced because it was failing. Took it in, waited, then was told that the new battery was defective so that I would have to come back. This does not reflect on Daniel Perez at all. Also I think Starbucks vouchers should be good for iced drinks as well.

Noli is helpful. I never had accident with my new car. But it was a little dirty and the Service supervisor said, it hit something and he try to charge me for front bumper not in place properly.
