Eric was very nice, unfortunately you some kind of event going on that day, so I felt a little rushed, the other thing is that I purchased a worthless cosmetic plan but Eric said it didn't cover the scratches i asked if they could at least buff out some light scratches cause I asked if they could when I scheduled my appt and she had said yes, but again Eric said they couldn't. I'm not saying it's Erics fault I'm just saying if your gonna have an event and rush customers out, then don't make appointments.
