I dealt with two other service writers prior to dealing with Mandi this morning. Eric Chung greeted me and started the check-in process when I let him know that I had a made an appointment with Mandi. Mandi was not available at the time of check-in (8:30) so I requested to see Noli Evangelista, Mandi’s partner. Noli was such a pleasure to work with. I gave him the run through and he went ahead and started the repair order while letting me know that Mandi will be in later today (9:00). Not only did he carefully listen to my request, he was very upfront about the wait time. Noli quoted me a promise time of 2 pm which he said is a bit excessive but put it to serve as a “just in case” while reassuring me that my vehicle would be ready before then and Mandi would personally call me to let me know. While my vehicle was being worked on, I received text message updates and upon completion of my vehicle, Mandi called to let me know my vehicle was finished hours BEFORE the promised time. Mandi’s phone etiquette is spectacular which is something I come to expect from my previous visits with her. My visit today servicing my Toyota 4Runner was exceptional and I cannot thank Eric’s professionalism from the initial contact, Noli’s honesty and transparency, and Mandi’s phone etiquette to seal the deal. Keep up the good work!
