Brought my car in to replace my windshield on December 8th 2018, new windshield did not seat correctly so old cracked one was put back on my car. Service advisor Ethan Su did not order my replacement windshield until I spoke with Elaine Chapman, customer service. She was great at resolving my concerns. I had to call back so many times when Ethan told me he would call me back. Totally unacceptable. It is now Jan 15th, 2019 and I just had my windshield replaced and car back today. . . .
