Mandi was amazing. I was having trouble with my local Toyota dealer in Hollywood and checked out both Glendale and Elmonte. Glendale was rude on the phone and gave suspicious answers. Mandi patiently listened while I explained my issue and did not interrupt, she was friendly and gave clear thorough explanations of the issue and how it had to be resolved. When the part supplier said it would take 3 days to 3 wow to get my part and remakes out. She made sure they got the part in 3 days and installed at the quoted price. I love her. She went above and beyond in so many ways. I’ll be back again, though this is not a convenient location
