I waited more than 30 minutes at night in order to pick up my car, no one seems to know where my car was, and the guy name Oscar from the service stand was bad also, he just kept saying the car is coming, but my car was no where to be found, he said Juan is still here but it turns out he’s gone, so I left standing there in the cold with no car. I had bought three Toyota and a Lexus from Longo and I regret that now, can’t believe a simple routine service can turn out unbelievably terrible. At the end, good thing another service advicer was nice enough to help me and locate my car, as of now, I am still upset about that incident because of the stupid mistake Juan made, and I was late for my dinner gathering with my friends, that should not have happened , totally unacceptable!
