This was my first time have my truck serviced by Longo Toyota, only because of the distance from my home in South Pasadena, I use to go to the Pasadena service but, noticed the turn over with the sign in techs was ridiculous! The last straw was when I received a call telling me that service tech noticed oil on the engine and he recommended replacement of the head gaskets. Took my truck to Culver City Toyota and found NO OIL RESIDUE! I am done with Pasasdena Toyota! Emily was absolutely great! Did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. Kept me informed of the progress of my truck.
Longo Toyota will be my permanent service center.
